No Claims Considered After Installation
On delivery, ensure and verify that you have the goods as selected and that the shade, sizing and grading are acceptable. Claims regarding these items will not be accepted after fixing.

The International grading std for 1st grade tiles, ISO13006, permits variations of up to 0.5% and 0.6% for dimensional irregularities. Appearance / surface quality irregularities may be up to 5% in any lot. Normally such tiles can be used for cuts.

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure you have enough tiles to complete your area. We cannot guarantee further supply of the same batch / product.

Quantities calculated by Brymac Tiles from plans or measurements given are our best estimate only and must be verified by an onsite measurement before tiling commences.

Please order quantities carefully as normally stocked items attract a 15% return fee. Ordered in items attract a minimum $100  + 25% handling fee. We will credit only full, unopened boxes returned within 21 days of purchase provided they are in saleable condition and accompanied by the original purchase invoice. No refund available on overseas sourced indent items.

Small orders may attract a small order freight charge. All items are sold ex Brymac Tiles Warehouse- freight to site can be arranged at customers cost.

All goods remain the property of Brymac Tiles until paid for in full.

Deposits and Storage
A 50% deposit is required  with the balance payable after 30 days. As space is limited, a storage fee of 1% of invoice value will be charged on any orders not collected within 30days.

A 50% deposit is required on indent orders with the balance payable upon delivery.  Payment We accept Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard. Or if you prefer internet banking.
